Protecting customer privacy is important to us. This policy will set out how VOSIX collects and processes the information the Customer has provided to VOSIX. By utilising services provided and created by VOSIX, the customer is in agreement with the privacy policy. This policy is applicable to individuals that interact with VOSIX including Partners, employees, and third-party contractors. The information will be kept for as long as reasonably necessary for VOSIX to carry out their business and legal function. VOSIX’s sole discretion will decide when the information provided is no longer required.  Once information is not required, VOSIX will take reasonable steps to lawfully destroy or de-identify it.

1. Where personal information is disclosed overseas, VOSIX will take reasonable steps to ensure that the recipient handles the information consistent with this Policy and The Privacy Act 1988. 

2. VOSIX will collect personal information including, but not limited to:

   1. Identification details such as full name, date of birth, email address, phone/telephone number, sex, gender, residential/postal address and any other information that is reasonably necessary for VOSIX to conduct their business and legal function. 

   2. Government related identifiers such as state government or federal government identification documents.

   3. Social media handles.

   4. Financial details such as credit/debit card details, BSB and account numbers.

   5. Your location or activity including IP address through cookies when VOSIX website is accessed.

   6. Other information that we consider necessary for the provision and promotion of our products and services and operation of VOSIX.

3. VOSIX may collect personal information lawfully and fairly where it is reasonably necessary for the functions of the company. Information can be collected in the course of:

   1. Information provided for registration to VOSIX website.

   2. Information provided for subscription to VOSIX’s product.

   3. Information provided in the course of updating details.

   4. Information provided via communication such as email with VOSIX.

4. VOSIX stores electronic records in systems that are trusted by third parties which use electronic and other security measures to ensure that security, confidentiality and integrity is being upheld and protected. Whilst VOSIX will take all reasonable steps to ensure that personal information remains secure, it is not liable for breaches in privacy beyond its control. 

5. VOSIX Partners will take reasonable steps to keep personal information safe and secure. 

6. Where unsolicited information is received either directly from the Customer, on the Customer’s behalf or through VOSIX, VOSIX will take reasonable steps to notify the Customer, de-identify or destroy the personal information. 

7. VOSIX will take reasonable steps to correct personal information that is inaccurate, however, the customer holds responsibility to provide accurate, current and complete information that is requested or directed by VOSIX for the purposes of subscription, registration, or any other reasonable means. Furthermore, the responsibility extends to promptly updating this information to maintain accurate, current and complete information at all times.

8. VOSIX may request additional information to carry out its business and legal function,  it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure additional information is being provided to maintain accurate, current and complete information at all times. 

9. VOSIX may request for the Customer to consent to additional terms and conditions in the future  at any time through email or any other reasonable means. 

10. Customers have a right to access personal information we hold about them. In requesting such personal information, VOSIX may be required to verify the Customer’s identity before providing this information.

11. Personal information will not be given whereby it unreasonably affects another individual’s privacy.

12. VOSIX respects the right to anonymity, however where personal information cannot be provided, VOSIX may be limited to the services it can provide. 

13. By agreeing to the Terms and providing personal information through the specified forums, the customer consents to VOSIX utilising personal information for the following purposes; VOSIX will utilise personal information to provide the customer with a service, improve subscription models, determine the needs of clientele and develop more suitable products for clientele. Furthermore, the customer can reasonably expect that the information would be used for direct marketing. VOSIX provides a way for the customer to opt-out of direct marketing.
